Meet Stephanie, the welcoming face at the front desk, who takes pride in greeting and extending a warm welcome to patients upon their arrival. Her role involves efficiently scheduling appointments, managing incoming calls, and providing patients with valuable information about treatment options, costs, and payment plans.

What Stephanie cherishes most about her work is the inviting atmosphere of the office, where a family-like dynamic has formed. This collaborative and supportive environment not only enhances the patient experience but also makes every day a rewarding one for Stephanie.

Meet Delia, the skilled office biller, who plays a crucial role in collecting all insurance expectancies. Proficient in billing various insurances, including HMOs, PPOs, and specialties, Delia brings a wealth of expertise to the team. Growing up in South LA as part of a family of three, Delia attended Catholic school from 5th to 12th grade and graduated with honors. Despite being an immigrant and facing obstacles to attending a four-year college, she found her passion in the dental field. Delia enrolled at American Career College, where she became a Dental Assistant, ultimately paving the way for her fulfilling role as a Dental Biller.

In her free time, Delia enjoys exploring new horizons through travel, hiking, biking, and embracing new experiences, reflecting her adventurous spirit.

Meet Victor, who is from East Los Angeles and raised in El Monte, CA. As "the man" of the office, he takes on tasks ranging from heavy lifting to fixing things. A graduate of high school with some college education, Victor's journey into dentistry was prompted by his role as a caregiver for his mother. With dental trade school certification under his belt, Victor emphasizes the link between good dental hygiene and a positive, confident attitude.

Beyond his professional life, he finds joy in exploring new cooking and baking recipes, expressing his creativity through painting canvases and drawing comics. A true movie enthusiast, you'll find him at comedy clubs, music concerts, and diverse eateries, embracing life's varied experiences.

Meet Roxana, a versatile back office assistant born and raised in Ontario, CA, who seamlessly transitions between back and front office responsibilities, handling tasks from answering phones to checking in patients. Intrigued by the dental field through the influence of an older cousin, Roxana holds a dental assistant diploma. The heart of Roxana's professional satisfaction lies in the friendly atmosphere of the office, where teamwork defines a successful day. 

Beyond work, she finds joy in spending time with her family and indulging in leisurely walks with her dogs.

Meet Karina, an integral part of the dental team, who excels in assisting with dental procedures, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring the meticulous sterilization of dental instruments. Her proficiency also extends to capturing X-rays with precision. Born and raised in Pasadena, California, Karina found her calling in the medical field. She pursued her education at UEI College. Karina's approach to patient care is rooted in treating each individual as if they were a cherished family member or friend.

Outside the dental realm, she finds joy in spending quality time with her family, indulging in baking ventures, and exploring the delights of shopping.
