Your First Exam
Step 1: Before You Arrive
To help your visit go smoothly, we recommend completing your new patient forms online ahead of time. Bringing your medical history, relevant records, and insurance information is also helpful. You may also want to note any questions or concerns to discuss during your visit.
Step 2: Getting Settled In
When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by the team and guided through check in. Extra time is set aside so you can talk through concerns and never feel rushed.
Step 3: Comprehensive Dental Exam
Our doctors complete a full evaluation of your oral health, including your history, digital X rays, and clinical photos. Teeth, gums, and supporting structures are carefully examined, and any concerns are discussed.
Step 4: Orthodontic Evaluation
You will also receive a complimentary orthodontic evaluation to identify alignment concerns early and establish a baseline for future monitoring if no treatment is needed yet.
Step 5: Conversation And Next Steps
We review your results and explain your options clearly. You’ll have time to ask questions and decide what feels right for your care moving forward.
Understanding Your Payment Options
We believe understanding your financial options should feel simple and straightforward, so you can focus on your care without unnecessary stress. Before any treatment begins, our team takes time to walk you through the available options so you know exactly what to expect and can make decisions that feel right for you.
We work with insurance and help guide you through how your benefits apply so there are no surprises along the way. For patients who prefer more flexibility, there are also financing options available that allow treatment to be broken into manageable monthly payments. In addition, there are alternative solutions for patients without insurance to help make care more accessible. You can review our financial options before your visit.
Help For Nervous Or Anxious Visits
Feeling nervous about dental visits is very common, and many patients benefit from added support to feel more at ease during treatment. We want to make every visit feel manageable and clearly explained so you always know what is happening.
Sedation dentistry options are available for patients who need additional comfort. Depending on the treatment and your level of anxiety, options may include nitrous oxide to help you relax during care, oral sedation for a deeper sense of calm during longer procedures, or IV sedation for more complex treatment needs.
Before any treatment begins, our team will walk you through what is available and help determine the option that best fits your situation and comfort level.
